Yes, admission to BA is based on the merit-cum-selection criteria at VBSPU. Besides, candidates have to fulfill the eligibility criteria as well. After selection, applicants appear in the counselling session, wherein, based on performance and seat availability, they are admitted accordingly. 600+ marks will fetch you 80 percentile in CUET; with 80 percentile you can not expect to get admitted to BA political Honors in top colleges of Delhi university yet you can get BA political Honors in some decent colleges of DU.
