The eligibility criteria for M.Tech at I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University - Dinanagar Campus include:
- Education qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology.
- Entrance Exam:IKGPTU usually requires candidates to qualify in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)
- Minimum Marks Requirement: candidate need to have atleast 50% aggregate marks.
- Counseling Process: Candidate needs to participate in counceling process conducted by IKGPTU.

The University has not released the IKGPTU the highest package for 2023 batch. However, the median package is out, which is as follows:

The eligibility criteria for MBA at I. K Gujral Punjab University (PTU) are :-
Graduation percentage required for the admission is 45% - 55%.
And exams are CMAT, MAT, CAT, XAT, PU MET, GMAT, APICET, UGAT, AGC NEST.

To be eligible for an MBA at I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University (PTU), students must meet the following criteria:
1. Have a bachelor's degree from a university recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC)
2. Have a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved category students)
3. Have a minimum three-year degree
4. Take the CMAT
5. Participate in PTU MBA counseling
The total tuition fee for the MBA programme is INR 11,700–INR 3.6 lakh.

Candidates seeking admission to the BPharm course shall have passed class 12 with relevant subjects and should have secured at least 45% aggregate. Additionally, students shall also have a Diploma in pharmacy with at least 45% aggregate. It is compulsory for each aspirant to meet these eligibility requirements. In addition, the relevant documents such as class 12 pass and Diploma certificate have to be presented at the time of admission.
