The MAT exam is different from the IBPS PO, IBPS clerk or other bank exams.
You must check the syllabus and exam pattern for the MAT exam. The MAT exam consists the aptitude test to determine the aptitude skills of the candidates. while the PO and clerk exams consist five sections including English language and general awareness, computer section as well.
You should check the MAT syllabus and exam pattern to avoid any confusion and to prepare a proper strategy for preparation.

CAT and IBPS are two different directions. First, think how you wanted to you see yourself in future. If you go for IBPS, you will be working only in the banks, whereas MBA, you can work in any industry you wish like automobile, FMCG, software, etc. as a finance manager, operations manager, marketing manager, so the best option that suits your skill set and interests.
