In IILM University, Gurugram around  75-80% students get placed in different job roles and the placement percent for law students is around 80 percent.The college has its own committed placements cell and the students can volunteer to work in it.  The highest offered package was around 20 lakhs. The average package was of 8 lakhs.They provide their law students with a good number of internships. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, Deloitte, Accenture, Cognizant, Pwc, etc.

Students from 9th standard to 12th standard are eligible to attend the Summer Immersion Program at IILM University. The minimum age should be 14 years. 

The process is:

1. Visit the official website of IILM University and register yourself for the program
2. Fill the online Admission Form
3. Upload the Required Documents
4. Submit the application and pay the fee
5. Participate in the 2-week programme from May 27 to June 7, 2024, at IILM University, Gurugram.

The fee for the programme including hostel is INR 25,000 and without hostel is INR 15,000.

The Summer Immersion Program at IILM University includes simulations, case studies, challenges, problem-solving, outdoor adventures, design thinking, community service, group activities, and self-discovery. This helps students in developing important skills for a smooth transition from high school to university life. This programme is a two-week programme which generally focuses on liberal arts education, strengthening academic and non-academic skills through experiential learning.
