I have scored 55% in CAT and have 1-year work experience, 67% in B.Tech, 65% in 12th and 80% in 10th. Should I join IIM-K?

A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate mark or equivalent CGPA.
3 years of managerial / entrepreneurial / professional experience after successful completion of graduation as on start date of the program.

The minimum percentile is 80 for OBC category. Try to score 80+ and you shall get a call from IIM-K.
