IIM Sambalpur released the qualifying CAT percentile for shortlisting candidates for the first stage of admission. As per the official website, the overall CAT cutoff percentile for MBA admission at IIM Sambalpur is 90, while for the sectional cutoff, the percentile is 65 for the students belonging to the General AI quota. For other categories, the cutoff details are provided below:

IIM Sambalpur cutoff 2024 is yet to be released soon after CAT 2024 results. IIM Sambalpur generally releases two types of cutoffs, the first is qualifying and the second is, the final cutoff for WAT/PI. As per the IIM Sambalpur CAT cutoff 2023, the final cutoff for WAT/PI stood at 95. Similarly, for 2022 and 2021, the final cutoff was the same at 95 percentile. So, going with the trend, we can say that the final composite score cutoff in 2024 will be around the 95-97 percentile.

Yes, IIM Sambalpur is a government institute. IIM Sambalpur was established in 2015 by the Government of India. It was granted the status of 'Institution of National Importance' by the Ministry of Education (MOE), Government of India. The institute is governed by a board of governors appointed by the Government of India. The permanent campus of IIM Sambalpur is being constructed on 237 acres of land allotted by the Government of Odisha. Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of the permanent campus in January 2021 and inaugurated it in February 2024.

IIM Sambalpur MBA application process is online. Admission to MBA is done through CAT exam score.
CAT 2023 registrations are closed. The steps to follow during CAT application process are as follows:
1. Visit the official website.
2. Click on New User Registration.
3. Enter a valid Email ID, mobile number and generate an OTP
4. An OTP will be sent on the mobile number entered by the candidate, enter the OTP and verify
5. After verification, log in using the user id and password received on the registered email ID
6. Fill in all the required details and upload relevant documents, don't forget to select IIM Sambalpur during the choice filling s
