Of course, you can give IISER in 2019, but you should score well in your IISER Aptitude test as well as Boards. Also, check out Syllabus and Exam Pattern.

Please go though Cut off for ISC board. And even if you are not eligible for IISER you are still eligible for othrr exams like CUCET IIT-JEE etc. So All the best.

No, you are not eligible for IISER either. You must have got atleast 88.2% in your CBSE boards, but you still have one chance. Go for improvement exams and score well in them, and then you will be able to get admission in IISER.

There is specific cut off given for every board. I think, with this percentage you are eligible for IISER.

Yes, you can sit for the aptitude test. You should fulfil all other criteria for the exam. Go to the official website of IISER and kindly look over it.

Yes, you can sit for KVPY-SX. KVPY has two sections, each section has 4 parts or subjects, Biology, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. You can attempt any three subjects in the first section and any two subjects in the second section. If you are studying both, biology and mathematics, you can attempt all the four subjects and the best of three will be selected. This is applicable only for students currently studying in class 12th, ie, KVPY- SX.
