In case of any discrepancy in the particulars of the candidate or his/her photograph and signature shown on the IIT JAM 2025 admit card, candidates should immediately approach the IIT JAM Help Line between 10.00 A.M. and 5.00 P.M.
Hence, candidates need not worry about the possibility of not getting allowed inside the IIT JAM 2025 exam centre. However, they must follow up with the examination conducting body before the commencement of the admission process.

Apart from IIT JAM 2026 admit card, candidates must carry these documents to exam centre:
- Passport size photograph (same as the one uploaded with the application form)
- A valid photo Id proof (Aadhaar card/ Driving Licence/ PAN Card/ Passport/ Voter Id)
- Facemask and hand gloves
- 50 ml bottle of hand sanitiser
- Transparent water bottle

While uploading files candidates must ensure that they do so in suggested resolution. In case PDF file or printout does not display a clear photograph or signature candidates need to PDF resolution again and check for clarity. If it is still not clear enough, then they have to approach exam authorities and seek solutions.

Candidates has to paste their pass port size photoof 4"x6" dimension on IIT JAM 2026 admit card. Photo should be same as uploaded during IIT JAM 2026 application process. They also had to ensure that photo is clearly visible and legible and fulfills the guidelines given by examination conducting body.
The photograph had to be pasted properly on the admit card so that it does not drop off from the document. The photograph should have followed the parameters given below:
- The photograph should not be older than January 2025
- The photograph should have been taken against a white background
- The face should occupy at least 50% of the area o
