A Bachelor's degree with at least 50 percent marks and Masters degree (minimum two years prescribed duration after 10+2+3 years of formal education) in relevant discipline (relevancy has to be decided by the IIFM) with minimum 55% marks (absolute) including Five year/Four-year Integrated Master's Degree programme. IIFM will use XAT score for short-listing the candidates for calling for GD/PI. Selection procedure for IIFM's PGDFM course gives weightage only to CAT percentile, Interview and Written Ability Test in the ratio of 60:25:15 respectively. Past academics don't play any role as such.

Topics for WAT are based mainly on current topics/ issues. As far as PI is concerned, two different people can have highly varying PI experience and thus it's advisable to brush up on your knowledge of graduation subject/work ex related questions/GK etc. During my PI, I found my interviewer very friendly. Be prepared to answer 'why IIFM' though as this question is asked most of the time. Hope this helps.
