IIST Indore has not released the 2023 placement statistics. Earlier, a total of 136 companies participated in IIST Indore placements 2022. A large share of offers were made in the salary range of INR 5 LPA to INR 7 LPA. The IIST Indore the highest package stood at INR 28 LPA and the overall average package stood at INR 4.23 LPA.

According to the official website of Indore Institute of Science and Technology, the admission process for undergraduate programs is done through online admission counseling conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh. The admission counseling is done in phases, and the first phase is for students who have appeared in JEE Mains. The application forms for the admission process are available on the official website of the college. As per the official website, the MP DTE Counselling Round 1 (Based on JEE Main 2023) online registration will start from June 15 to July 23, 2023.
