The Technocrats Institute of Technology campus spreads across 60 acres of land. The institution has a built-up area of 1.5 million sq. ft., with 337 smart classrooms, 635 hi-tech labs, 128 tutorials, 26 conference halls, 26 seminar halls, and 115 buses. It is equipped with 5,915 HP, Lenovo, and Apple core i7/i5/i3 computers, and has 552 Mbps leased line internet connections.

It offers several facilities for its students. The facilities include separate hostels for boys and girls, well-furnished rooms and spacious classrooms, and full-time internet connectivity. The first aid box is available in all locations of the institute and also they have an exclusive medical support room to take care of immediate assistance. Hospitals and nursing homes are within a radius of 5 Kms and in house transport facility is available for taking students to hospitals and medical centres for immediate attention in any eventuality. 

The institution has a modern computing facility for all departments with an adequate number of servers, computers and specialised software required for the students of every department. All the computers are powered with a high-speed internet connection to meet the computing needs of the professors, staff and students.
