If you're aiming for MBA at SIBAR, you'll need around 75 percentile in MAT (similar to other Sinhgad affiliated colleges). That's a decent score for getting into the first few CAP counseling rounds. So aim for 80+ in CAT or 75+ in MAT.

SIBAR is well known for its faculty including PhD holders and experienced professors. Teaching quality is strong, experiential, student friendly and industry relevant. Industry experts take occasional visits to give real world insights. Though some cons are that a few of them may lack depth and outdated teaching methods. But all in all, really good for a mid tier B institute.

Taking admissions in SIBAR is moderately competitive depending on entrance exam scores. Around 50+ percentile is required in MAH-CET. 60+ is a sure one for general category. 85% home state qouta is provided and around 80% seats are filled in CAP counselling. Graduation should be completed with atleast 50%. Early application with decent percentile and good academics could get you in conveniently.

The hostel provides proper meal (breakfast lunch dinner) but the food quality is average according to the price charged. Hygiene is taken care of by the institution but variety is limited. Though the hostel stay is bearable with ventilated rooms and mess. Food outlets are available nearby for alternative choices.
