IMED Pune does not offer direct admissions for its BCA program, but its BBA and BCA programs are primarily based on the B-UMAT entrance exam.
To be eligible for BCA candidate must have passed class 12th with a minimum of 50% from a recognized board from any discipline. However, the selection is based on the scores obtained in B-UMAT exam followed by PI and GDs.

The average salary for MBA graduates at IMED Pune varies every year. The average package ranges from 6.45 LPA to 7 LPA for the general MBA programme and 7 LPA for the Human Resource Management specialization.
The IMED Pune website also mentions the highest package in 2023 was INR 18.10 LPA and an average package of INR 7.5 LPA across all programs, including MBA. The placement rate was almost 100%. Approximately 150 companies participated. Reliance Industries Ltd., ICICI Bank, ITC Ltd., British Telecom, Amazon, TCS, BYJU’s, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, and Axis Bank,etc were the top recruiters at this college.

MAT is not required for MBA admission at IMED Pune. If a student plans to take admission at IMED Pune, they will have their entrance exam. Every year, IMED Pune conducts the entrance exam, the Bharati Vidyapeeth Management Aptitude Test (BMAT). It is important to score well to enroll in the institute.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates). Eligible candidates are required to appear in an entrance exam conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth i.e. BMAT test.

MAH CET and BMAT exams are the entrance test for the MBA in pune . you need to qualify this exam to get the seat in MBA the cutt off criteria is channged according to the category and reservation process. Bachelor’s degree in any stream with an aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ ST candidates)
In MBA programme, 15 percent of the seats are reserved for Foreign Nationals/ NRI/ PIO/ OCI/ Management category candidates.
