The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Guwahati (NIPER Guwahati) charges different fees for its M.Tech programme depending on your category and whether you are a government or industry supported student. This is an explanation:
OBC, PH, EWS, and general candidates:
Two years' worth of tuition total: INR 1.90 lakhs
First and following semester fees: INR 95,000.
Additional fees (group insurance, refundable caution money): INR 30,250
Government and Business Candidates who were sponsored:
First semester tuition: INR 1,68,233

Yes, you can definitely apply for National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Guwahati with 70% in NIPER JEE. The minimum aggregate to qualify for NIPER is to score 60% aggregate in NIPER JEE, however during the counseling process according to the availability of the seats, the admission can be confirmed. There are reserved seats for SC/ST category. Considering all these factors getting 100% admission is not confirmed, as the cut off may vary from college to college.

The candidates are selected based on their performance in the entrance examination - NIPER JEE. Basically, the eligibility criteria for M.Pharm is that candidates should have passed B.Pharma/M.S.C with a minimum 60% marks with the following entrance examinations like GATE/NET/GPAT. The courses offered by NIPER Guwahati are M.S., M.Pharm, M.Tech, and Ph.D. in various streams such as Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacy Practice, Pharmacology and Toxicology, and others.

The top scholarships provided by NIPER guwahati in M.Pharma is based on merit and percentage or CGPA in every semester. For M. Pharma having a good CGPA i.e around 6-7 CGPA then the college will provide the scholarship to the candidate. Around INR 25,000-30,000 per month is provided for the first 2 years to the candidates of PhD or having M.Tech, MS and M Pharma degrees.
