For UG (B.Tech) admission to AISAT, Kochi, applicants must have a valid KEAM rank and a 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (10+2; 45% for SEBC). Apply online by April 2025 using the CEE Kerala site (cee.kerala.gov.in) take part in counseling starting in June 2025 and send in supporting documentation. A B.Tech degree with 50% and a valid GATE score are prerequisites for PG (M.Tech). 50% of management quota seats require 60% in 10+2 or B.Tech and applications must be sent directly through AISAT's website (aisat.ac.in). Interviews and document verification will then follow.

IST's results of the End-Semester examination will be declared within 35-40 days after the start of the examination. The result is declared on the website of the college separately for each course. The Institute of Science and Technology academic session is divided into 2 semesters, i.e., Odd Semester and Even Semester.

The results of the semester exams at Swarna Bharathi Institute of Science and Technology (SBIST), Khammam, are generally announced a few weeks following the exams. Normally, the results are announced in May or June for the odd semesters (1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th) and November or December for the even semesters (2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th). The dates of result declaration will vary every year as per the academic calendar. The students can look for such announcements in the official SBIST website or notice boards.
