The number of students placed has not been revealed yet. When released it will be updated here. During Institute of Technology, Nirma University placement 2024, 286 BTech students opted for higher studies. Earlier, 781 BTech students were placed in 2023 and 113 students opted for higher studies.

Every year 90 to 95 percent students get placed in the companies of the top recruiters of India.
The best placement is in BIT Sindri is in the Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering department.
Besides that, around 70 to 80 percent students are placed in mining field too.
The average package of BIT Sindri is 4 LPA and the highest package offered is 58 LPA.

In 2020-2021, the highest package is 43 Lacs per year.Microsoft made it available.In 2022, the average package is 26.11LPA.Companies such as Deloitte, Mu-sigma, Vedanta, Ittiam, SAP Labs, Capgemini, Asian Paints, Indian Steel, and many others visit the campus for placements. The 2023 placements were attended by approximately 226 companies.
