After doing Integrated M.Tech programme from IIIT Bangalore, students are usually placed in Core sector followed by Technology, IT and other allied sectors. The top recruiters during IIIT Bangalore placements 2025 included companies such as Amazon, Bosch, Oracle and Samsung.
The overall highest package recorded during iMTech placements 2025 was INR 145 LPA.

According to the official report, IIIT Bangalore placements have been good for iMTech ECE course in recent past. The highest and average package recorded in 2025 was 89.12 LPA and 38 LPA. The median package was 39.71 LPA.

Integrated MTech CSE students get good placement at IIIT Bangalore. During the placement drive, the highest and average package received was 145 LPA and 36.75 LPA. The median package recorded was 33 LPA.

IIIT Bangalore batch placed data is not released. However, as per the official placement report 2024, a total of 578 offers were made during IIIT Bangalore placements 2024. Further, out of total offers 267 were full-time offers and 311 were internship offers.
Apart from this, the average package offered during iMTech CSE and iMTech ECE placements 2024 stood at INR 33.4 LPA and INR 33.2 LPA, respectively. In addition, the average package offered during M.Tech CSE and ECE placements 2024 stood at INR 21.8 LPA and INR 29.2 LPA, respectively.

IIIT Bangalore has excellent placement statistics for its BTech programs. Placement percentage is nearly 100%, with most students placed by the time they graduate. Over the course of the IIIT Bangalore placements 2024, 546 offers were made. Furthermore, INR 65 LPA was the biggest package awarded during the IIIT Bangalore placements in 2024.
