Yes, if you get good marks and ranks in CET, Then you will definitely get admission in IMS as well as in IIPS.

See, all the three colleges are good, but in the placement aspect, IMS DAVV & PIMR are better options. Both of these colleges provide ample placement opportunities in marketing & finance profiles and a little bit in HR profile.
But since I am from IMS, I will say that IMS is better than PIMR.
