For taking  admission in BSc IT the eligibility criteria is that one must have taken Maths in 11th & 12th. so to answer your queation you are not eligible of BScIT without maths.

International students must complete a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with a qualifying GPA to study Iowa MS in Information Systems. Mentioned below are the Iowa State University requirements for international students for MS in Information Systems admission:

• A 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Academic transcripts
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• English language proficiency score
• GMAT / GRE score is not needed
• Financial Statement

The general admission requirement for MS Information Systems (STEM) at CSULB is an undergraduate GPA of 2.75 or greater. To pursue this program, students must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Liberal Arts or Science from an accredited university. Other documents required for this programme are a resume, two letters of recommendation, short answer personal statement, academic transcripts, etc.

The tuition fee for MS IS at CSULB is USD 31,500. Books, tuition, on-campus parking, meals, orientation, and any software which are required for the programme are included in the student's tuition.
