ITM Institute of Hotel Management, Oshiwara campus is well-equipped with modern facilities. Some of the facilities offered by the institute include a basic training kitchen for hospitality management, an advanced training kitchen in hospitality management, a training restaurant,  bakery and confectionery, a training guest room, and a fully-equipped housekeeping lab.

Indeed, there are many other courses that are all about vegetarian dishes at the ITM IHM Oshiwara. It imparts a complete training in almost every genre of culinary arts-from the most basic cooking techniques to the most advanced gastronomy. The other thing is that students learn general cooking techniques for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisines. Besides, there are specialty programmes focusing only on vegetarian dishes, which is something that is becoming increasingly important in the whole hospitality industry.

As most people know it, the ITM IHM has an Osheiwaran part of the infrastructure built with modernity and solid structures for hospitality management students.
