Jai Narain vyas university has placement vacancies in various sectors for the students of MBA. Students even got placed with salary packages of INR 22 Lacs in a year. Top recruiters like TCS, Adobe, IBM, and Coal India limited participates in the campus drive of JNVU. Jai Narayan University does not accept any entrance examinations for BCom courses. Instead, admission to BCom courses is based on merit in the last qualifying exam and counselling at the university level. Candidates must also have passed Class 12 from a recognised board of education.

Jai Narain Vyas University offers MBA courses in the specialisation- Financial Service, and Tourism & Hospitality Management. Moreover, it is not compulsory that candidates must have secured a valid score in CAT for admission to an MBA course. The university also considers the scores of other entrance examinations for admissions to MBA courses, such as CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT and ATMA, followed by GD and PI.
