The eligibility criteria for JEE Mains counselling is to just appear for the JEE Mains paper, whether you have qualified the exam or not.
You are eligible for the counselling, but yes, if you haven't secured 75% marks in the boards exams, then you are not eligible for admission in any of the colleges through Mains counselling.

Firstly, you have to fill your details and choices of Your IHM and then wait for the 1st round counseling. After counseling, you have to pay the fees and go for documents verification at your regional centre.

After appearing for NCHMCT All India Entrance Test, candidates need to first wait for results to be declared. Once NCHMCT JEE 2018 results are announced, candidates are allotted a rank and basis this rank they are called for NCHMCT JEE counselling. NCHMCT JEE counselling process has three rounds. The first two rounds of counselling are web based whereas the third round is called Spot Round wherein aspirants need to physically appear at the counselling centre allotted to them. Hello Ayush,
JEE is an entrance exam for undergraduate engineering courses to get admission in government colleges such as IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. If you have a good score, then you can study in these reputed institutions. You cannot get jobs based on this score but if you get a chance to study in these institutions then you can get a good job.

Mains First, you should clear JEE main exam cut-off after that, in July, the counselling is done by JOSAA. In the month of June and July (after the declaration of both JEE Mains and Advanced ranks, you are required to fill the registration form of JOSAA and along with your college preference as many have chances in the decreasing order carefully. And the result comes after the 6th or 7th round. For the whole process or timetable, you should visit the JOSAA website.
