JET exam is MCQ based test of 120 minutes or 2 hours. The number of questions range from 100 to 120. Every question carries 1 mark. Candidates have to attempt all questions.

Math is an important section of JET exam for all courses, so it is not advisable to skip it. Moreover, it carries about 20 marks so not attempting any question from Math section may affect the overall result.

Yes, the syllabus of JET exam is different for each course. While Reading Comprehension, Maths and General Knowledge is common for all courses, one section of syllabus is subject specific.

Yes, you can crack JET exam without coaching as the syllabus has familiar subjects that you have studied in HSc. Moreover, the difficulty level of JET is easy so you can prepare by practicing sample papers only.

It is compulsory to attempt all questions or all sections. Not attempting GK section will affect your overall score negatively as it is of 40 marks.

Test duration of JET exam is 120 minutes. There is no sectional time limit, so candidates need to make a time management strategy of their own. The plan must be such that they spend enough time on all sections of the exam.

Jet exam is of low difficulty level. It doesn't take much to prepare for the exam as the syllabus included is from subjects studied in previous academic course.

JET exam syllabus for MBA includes Reading Comprehension, Data Analysis, Mathematical Skills, Intelligence & Critical Reasoning and Indian & Global Environment. JET exam syllabus for UG courses includes Reading Comprehension, Basic Maths, GK and subject specific topics.

There is no ideal time for candidates to prepare for FTII JET exam. As there are two stages in exam which are conducted in different months and have different criteria, their required preparation time are different.

For stage 1, students must start preparing for written test, at least 6 months before D-day. As Stage 2 is practical exam, there is no time limit for its preparation.

No, there is no mention of any scholarships for NIMS School of Humanities and Social Sciences BSc admissions. The BSc students are only eligible for the scholarship offered based on last qualifying exam score. Candidates applying through Rajastha JET scores will only be judged based on their Class 12 board exam scores if they apply for scholarships.
