A two-year full-time PGDM programme with a variety of specialisations is available from XLRI. The programmes are available full-time. Merit in the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) determines admission to the PGDM programme at XLRI Jamshedpur. A GD and PI round then follows. The JCECE Board administers the state-level Jharkhand Polytechnic Entrance Competitive Examination (PECE) every year to candidates seeking admission to the various Diploma programs provided by public and private Polytechnic institutes in Jharkhand. The course fees for the two years M.Tech in IIIT Ranchi range from INR 2.5 Lacs - INR 7.5 lakh. The fees varies per the specialisations candidates wanst to pursue for. The MTech fees might include multiple other fee components. Candidates must make the fee payments during document verification at the campus.

The course fees for the four years BTech in IIIT Ranchi around INR 8.8 lakh. Apart from the tuition fee, there is a one-time admission fee of amount INR 1.56 Lakh, and a hostel fee of amount INR 2.88 Lacs that students are required to pay in addition to the tuition fee.

These are the facilities available at Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University:
- The whole campus is wifi enabled
- Library is available
- Well-equipped labs for different subjects
- Auditorium is available.
- university conducts yoga classes and sports events
- Canteen is also available
Hostel facilities are not available.

NSUT Jamshedpur offers 8 specializations in B.Tech. The course fee lies in the range of INR 2.1 -2.8 Lakh. The admission is based on class 12th scores only. So, the university offer a good range of specialisation and the fee is also cheaper than other colleges.
Considering the placement records, the highest package offered was INR 10 LPA and the average package was INR 5.95 LPA. The placement rate is 71% for UG and 57% for PG students. ROI is good, however, the placement rate is average.
Overall, it is an average college for B.Tech.

You can get With a Common Rank List (CRL) rank of 4.9 Lacs and an EWS category rank of 72,000 in JEE Mains, admission to NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs chance is less. These colleges generally have much higher cutoffs. However, you can check some other state engineering colleges or private colleges, which might have lower cutoff ranks. you should check individual college cutoffs and consider state quota advantages if available and go through it.

BTech is a flagship programme of IIIT Ranchi. Students pursuing BTech from IIIT Ranchi are open to excellent placement opportunities. IIIT Ranchi has released its placement report 2023. As per the report, the the highest and average package offered during IIIT Ranchi placements in 2023 stood at INR 83.38 LPA and INR 16.70 LPA, respectively. NUSRL Ranchi offers a wide range of law courses. It accepts the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) score to select candidates. The consortium of NLUs releases the cutoffs for admissions to various law courses in different NLUs. According to the NLU Ranchi CLAT cutoff 2024 for the Fifth Round of Allotment, the Last Round ranks for the General AI category for BA LLB(Hons) and LLM in Intellectual Property Rights were in 1594 and 1623, respectively.
