Total tuition fee for BAU Ranchi MBA is INR 6,000. Candidates need to pay course fee to confirm seat in university. Besides the course fee, aspirants also need to pay an application fee in the start. The application fee for MBA is INR 1,500. Candidates need to pay the registration fee in the form of DD.

Birsa Agricultural University offers two-year MBA course spread across four semesters. The course structure of MBA comprises elective courses that candidates are offered in the second year. Internship, project-work, dissertation, etc. are all part of the MBA curriculum. Aspirants need to pass bachelor's degree in Agriculture/ Forestry/ Biotechnology and 5.5 years in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry with at least 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for SC/ ST) to apply for MBA.

Candidates who have passed bachelor's degree with Hons. in Agriculture/ Forestry/ Biotechnology and 5.5 years in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry with at least 60% aggregate can apply for BAU Ranchi MSc course.
There is relaxation in the aggregate for SC/ ST candidates. Such aspirants need to complete their bachelor's degree with at least 55% aggregate.

BAU Ranchi admissions are entrance-based for BSc. 15% of the total seats are filled by a Combined Competitive Entrance Examination conducted by I.C.A.R. V.C.I. at All India level and 85% of the total seats are filled by Jharkhand Combined Competitive Entrance Examination Board, Ranchi. After the selection process is completed, selected candidates need to pay course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

Aspirants who have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry or Biology/ Mathematics can apply for BAU Ranchi BSc (Hons) course.
