With a NEET UG 2024 rank of 18,500, you may face some challenges securing a seat for MBBS at JIMS Greater Noida, even with the U.P. quota. Based on previous years' trends for private medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh, the cutoff ranks for admission to such colleges typically range around 12,000–15,000 for general categories. However, since your rank falls outside this range, it's advisable to consult with the college's admission office for further guidance.
