Yes, you are eligible for the admission in Master of Arts course in regular. The eligibility to get admission in course is that candidate must have passed Bachelor degree from any recognised university.

JNU 2020 Eligibility Criteria for B.A. (H) Arts
Candidates appearing for JNU admission must have completed Senior School Certificate (10+2) or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45 per cent marks. Candidates who are waiting to appear in Senior School Certificate (10+2) or equivalent examination are also eligible to apply.

The Cut-off list will be determined on the basis of the given factors such as total number of candidates appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, the highest & the lowest marks secured by the candidates, etc. On the basis of cut-off, candidates will be called for the admission process.
