The total tuition fee for the BPharm programme at KR Mangalam University ranges between INR 5.8 lakh- INR 7.8 lakh. There is a range in the cost because, the university offers both a four-year BPharm course and a three-year BPharm (Lateral) course, in which students can take direct admission to the second year of the course after qualifying the eligibility criteria. Apart from the tuition fee, there are other charges, such as hostel fees, admission fees, caution-money and various one-time charges.

For admission to the BPharm programme at KR Mangalam University, candidates need to complete their Class 12 with in Science stream with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects & Mathematics/ Biotech /Biology as one of the subjects. Additionally, candidates must have secured at least an aggregate of 50%. KR Mangalam University accepts the scores of Common University Entrance Test, followed by HSTES Counselling. Additionally the university also accepts the KREE scores, KR Managalam Entrance Examination is basically an in-house entrance examination of the University.
