As a rule most colleges release the results of the semester exam in a period of 30-45 days after the examinations have been conducted in the K.S.R.M College of Engineering. For example, the CHSE Odisha has published revaluation outcome for III semester B.Tech examinations that were conducted in July August 2024 on September 2024. K.S.R.M. College of Engineering provide good placement to its student and the college has a good alumni association with its students. Few of the luminaries passing out from the college are Ravi Kiran, the software engineer in Google, USA with a pay package INR 1.2 crores per annum. Microsoft India senior engineer Suresh Reddy is also one of the alumnus with a package of INR 25 Lacs per annum. The scholarships offered by K.S.R.M. College of Engineering are only limited and though it offers scholarships to excellent, it doesn't offer 100% scholarships to students. A large number of scholarships are also provided ut students by the college which includes tuition fee reimbursement for 25% to 100% for the academic institutions for the students who secured ranks in entrance examinations like Andhra Pradesh EAMCET and JEE Main Stream. It is possible to get admission in the college for the B.E./B.Tech course other than passing the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET examination. Out of it, 30% of seats for each course are filled under management quota, the admissions of which are on the basis of the candidate's score in 10+2 or equivalent examination.
