The engineering rank list is prepared based on giving an equal weightage of 50:50 to the score obtained in the Entrance Examination for Engineering, and the grade/marks obtained in the final year of the qualifying examination for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together. Total Score = (183/480) x 50 + (300/300) x 50
= 0.381 x 50 + 1 x 50
= 19.05 + 50
= 69.05
