In Trivandrum, you can pursue B.Sc. Food Technology at University College (Palayam) or Sree Narayana College (Chempazhanthy). These are affiliated with Kerala University, admit via +2 Science merit (usually 50%), and offer a 3-year CBCS-based curriculum. Seats are limited, so apply early through KU's centralized admissions portal.

No, candidates are not allowed to get direct admission to the MBA course at Kerala Agricultural University. Candidates are required to complete the eligibility criteria and selection process of the MBA course before getting enrolled. However, the university offers MBA course seats to general candidates and sponsored candidates. The requirement to get admission under the sponsored category is that candidates are advised to reach the university admission helpline directly.

The total number of seats offered in the BTech course at Kerala Agricultural University and its constituent colleges is 190. To get a seat in the university or college, candidates are required to complete the basic eligibility criteria and perform decently in the accepted entrance exam. The seats are limited for each specialisation. Thus, there might be a possibility that getting a seat in the programme is slightly tough.

The authorities will take examination and admission-related variables into account when determining the cutoff for Kerala Agricultural University BTech programmes. The authorities will review and take into account the following factors when deciding on the KAU cutoff:

  • Past cutoff trends
  • Exam difficulty
  • Total number of qualified candidates
  • The total number of applicants for a particular course or institute
  • Number of seats available for admission, etc.

The authorities will prepare the KAU KEAM/ ICAR CUET cutoff for BTech admission after examining each of these elements.
