COER will provide you all the opportunity to make your future bright in terms of academic, placement, infrastructure, management and in other curriculum also. COER has a very good rank in terms of best academics and placements by the Times of India. Approximately 95% Students are placed. Average package from college is 3.5 to 5 lacs. The institute is fully equipped with all the instruments in their respective department labs. There is siemens lab which gives a great platform for the students. Here you can find a very friendly environment between students and faculty members of all the departments.

The placement cell is active and helpful. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA. Companies like TCS, Infosys, etc., visit the college. Top roles offered were of Software Engineer, Software Developer, Data Analysis, etc. The top recruiter is Wipro. The placement cell helps students to get the best opportunities. The highest package is from CSE department only.

College of Engineering Roorkee has a good placement record. Nearly all students in technical courses are placed even one semester before the completion of the course. Around 70-80% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA. Around 60-70% of students got internships. The top recruiting company is Wipro.

The placements in BTech CSE department are better. The average package is around 3.30 Lacs per annum. Many companies have visited the institute and recruited its students. This includes companies like Infosys, Wipro, HSBC, Deloitte, Vivo and many other companies. The average package for BTech ECE is comparitively low around 2 Lacs per annum.

The placements are good at COER - Roorkee. Approximately 70% to 80% of the students get placed. The lowest package is INR 2 LPA and the highest package in this year is INR 13 LPA. Approximately 45% students got internship through off campus. Top packages were from CSE department. Top roles offered were of Software Engineer, Software Developer, Data Analysis, etc.

- Enter Personal Information and Educational qualification.

Cutoff for the Bachelor of technology in College of engineering Roorkee is 899034. They will consider your cutoff by the JEE main exams and GATE. And by the counselling, they will allot your seat. The infrastructure is actually not bad, they have a small play ground.

Mostly 750 above seats are available under the seven specialisations, the basic entrance exams are JEE main and management seats, the admission process is very simple the students have to go to college for the admission and they will cross check your 12th marks,10th marks and JEE main test perfomance. Plus they will conduct a physical interview of the student.
