KJ Somaiya College of Physiotherapy MPT admission criteria is entrance-based. Candidates are selected based on their performance in the PGP-CET conducted by the state government. Apart from this, aspirants must meet the course-specific eligibility requirements.

The college may follow the reservation policy of the state or central government. Total seat intake for the UG programme is 100. Candidates are admitted as per the seat count. As per the official website, there are 85% of General quota seats for open merit and reserve category. Additionally, there are 15% Institutional quota seats.
