At D. Y. Patil College of Engineering and Technology, the best course is engineering in CSE. It is a very good course according to me. You can do so according to your area of interest but CSE is the best branch for the future also and for getting placements also. The infrastructure of this college is quite good. It has all required departments with much cleanliness and you will not find any garbages littered here and there. The college is situated in the outskirts of kolhapur city and you will enjoy mind blowing natural scenery. The placement is not too good but many companies will visit. The faculty members of this college are well knowledge and trained but it has old, outdated syllabus. Strict hostel, affordable fees, helpful people and facilities, company tours, clean campus, no ragging, good management, enthusiastic celebration etc. are there.

KIT is the best Engineering college in Kolhapur, well good infrastructure and other campus like library, labs, etc. The teachers are also well qualified and experienced. The placements are also good. The latest cutoff of B.E In computer Science and Engineering:
93.71 percentile in 2022
