GNIHM Kolkata selects candidates for MBA programme based on GNIHM JET score. JET Entrance Test or JIS Entrance Test is a written test for those students who are interested to take admission in Guru Nanak IHM. It is a one-hour written test with 60 Multiple Choice Questions and five brief descriptive-type questions. Aspirants can also appear for JET online.

GNIHM JET is an All India Entrance Exam conducted by GNIHM Kolkata. It consists of 60 Marks Multiple Choice Questions with no negative Marking. Questions from General Knowledge, General Intelligence, and General English are the main subjects of this examination. Apart from this, there shall be five descriptive type questions based on English, Aptitude, General Knowledge & Current Affairs topics. The marks allotted for Written test are 35 marks.

Aspirants who have completed graduation in any discipline can apply for GNIHM Kolkata MBA programme. Candidates must hold the bachelor's degree marksheet or certificate for verification at later stages of admission. Apart from meeting the educational requirements, candidates also need to qualify GNIHM JET. The final selection is based on eligibility and GNIHM JET scores of the candidates.
