The following documents are required to be uploaded at the time of applying for admission to AIM Kolkata:

1. Photographs
2. Adhaar Card
3. PAN Card
4. CAT Score Card / JEMAT Allotment Card (whichever is applicable)
5. Class 10 Certificate
6. Class 12 Certificate
7. Graduation Marksheet (Last Semester / Year attended)
8. Graduation Certificate (If Available)
9. Certificate of Gallantry Award (If Applicable)
10. Certificate - 1 / 2 / 3 (Which Ever is Applicable, Please check eligibility criteria as given in the Prospectus)
11. Photocopy of PPO (In case of ward of retired Army Person)
12. DSC Personnel should attach PPO for the proof of previous Army Service
13. Payment Receipt

For admision to the Army Institute of Management, the candidates must have completed bachelor's degree in any field with at least 50% aggregate. Apart from this, the candidate must clear any of the below mentioned entrance exam:

1. CAT
2. JEMAT

Also, after qualifying the minimum eligibility criteria candidates have to appear for the Group Discussion & Personal Interview (GD & PI). 

AIM Kolkata offers a total of six specialisations for admission to MBA programme. The list of MBA specialisations is given below:

Candidates who possess the following qualifications can get admission to AIM Kolkata:

IIHM Kolkata recorded 90% placements for the recent batch of BA in Hospitality Management and Hotel Management & Catering course. The highest and average package offered during the recent IIHM Kolkata University placements stood at INR 2.52 LPA and INR 1.68 LPA, respectively. Talking about the ISHM Kolkata placements, the the highest package offered during ISHM Kolkata placements 2023 was INR 2.50 LPA.

Admission to the MBA course is based on a score obtained by the candidates in the CAT /MAT /ATMA/ VUMAT exams and their performance in Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI). Candidates must also have completed graduation from a recognised university in any discipline to apply for MBA.
