IISER Kolkata offers admission to courses based on entrance exam. Candidates who have received the provisional KVPY fellowship award are eligible to apply for admissions. Students are admitted to the BS-MS Dual Degree programme through the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY), State and Central Boards Channel (SCB) via the IISER Aptitude Test, and JEE Advanced scores. On the other hand, IISER Kolkata conducts an interview round to shortlist candidates for various programmes (MS in Space Physics, I-PhD, and post-doctoral research).

Hi, it can be observed that pursuing BSc in Microbiology in Kolkata is quite inexpensive as majority of the colleges have an average tuition of less than INR 1 Lacs and you can refer below for some of them:

Hi, there are 20+ best BSc in Microbiology colleges in Kolkata, of which 10+ colleges are owned privately and 4 colleges are owned by the government. Calcutta University Entrance Exam is the top entrance exam for admission to best colleges for BSc in Microbiology in Kolkata.
