Without any hesitation you can and should go to KIIT for CSE unless and until you really wanna join MUJ for IT!
First of all CS/IT has great opportunities in every college as compared to other branches. So if you are considering placement or planning for higher studies a better college name (BRAND) will provide the required base for the dream to come true. And in this case KIIT Bhubaneswar is more reputed than MUJ. Since KIIT is a Tier 1 college with NIRF Ranking of 42in engineering colleges and 24th in University and has also given the tag so IOE (Institute of Eminence) by the government of India. KIIT provides Honours in B.tech Computer science.If you are not able to get aggregate above 75 percent in every semester you will not get degree of honours you will then only get the degree of simple b.tech .So This is all dependent upon you hardwork to get 7.5 sgpa in each semester .

This is a really awesome question. Most of the students who could not get through their JEE Mains are in this confusion. Believe me even I had this question in my mind when I was going through all this, but then I choose to get into a college and the reasons for doing so are:
