Pursuing MBBS at KIMS can be challenging due to the competitive nature of medical education and the requirements for admission, meeting the criteria and preparing diligently for exams can help aspiring students succeed in their pursuit of a medical degree. The MBBS course at Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences is 4.5 years long, plus a one-year rotating medical internship. Students are recruited in any hospital or medical college of their choice and also they can work in our college. Internships are allowed in our as well as other hospitals.

KIMS has a total of 200 seats for the MBBS programme and the selection process follows merit and performance in the NEET exam. These seats are available for students seeking admission to the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme at the institute.Out of the 200 seats in the MBBS program, the college reserves 170 seats for the general quota and the rest 30 for NRI students.
