Hello Atul, You are in LNCT Indore and want to go for LNCT Bhopal then firstly you should ask about this to your college councellor or HOD as transferring admission in emergency or with cause from a private college to another that too in it's own branch is possible. So go and ask for it to your department head they'll give you clear data of it.

In private college, the current cutoff is around 400+ average
In government college, it's 500+ on average.
