These are two completely contrasting fields and to excel in either of them, one needs to have passion and dedication to work in that direction. That being said, from a neutral point of view, if one is interested in both fields equally, the scope can greatly vary depending on where the person is working and what kind of work they are doing. Competition Law is a new and upcoming field. The new Competition Act was passed relatively recently, replacing the older MRTP Act and the laws related to competition law are being shaped by various judicial pronouncements that are passed every now and then. Labour law, on the other hand, has been aro

Hi there!
I can't say much about DSNLU but ipu main campus I. e. USLLU is not good and you can get frustrated here because the professors are really undertrained and no one likes them. Only 3 professors are such that you find worth taking lectures of. The 2nd point I say go for NLU and then if you don't like it there you can take migration here in your 2nd year. Thankyou.

Avantika, the placement is a two-fold thing in law. As far as my own observation and experience have seen at various law colleges, a BBA LLB or B.Com LLB helps more than the BA LLB degree in approaching the law firms. The reasons are pretty simple: professionalism is the only pre-requisite these days.
Placements at MMDU shall also be impacted by this. Most of the graduates either go for higher education or judiciary exams and law practice.
For the campus placements, a fine number of firms are approached.
It is also important to note that for you, it will matter less because what will be the scenario of law Jobs after 4 years is not know

Hi Prasad, the counselling dates for APLAWCET are tentatively Third-fourth week of October 2018. I'll tell you how it works. The website will time to time update about details and seat allotment. Once the link is out, click on the link and it will show the date and time of your counselling. Once, done, you will have to log in on that date and time and after the web counselling is done, they will allot you a college and if it is as per your liking, then you can go ahead and take admission.

The placement are decent and good. Almost, 75%-80% get recruited from campus recruitment. You get decent packages and good companies to work with only if you can crack the interviews and Packages start for 10-12 lacs to 20 lacs per year.
