At the postgraduate level, Bharathidasan University offers two to five-year MA courses to students. The total tuition fees for the MA is INR 5,800 - INR 1.03 lakh. It would be a better idea to MBA or LL.B after BMS.MBA from a top b school would be a good move ahead. You can do M.A. English through distance later on.
