Jain University offers a good placement, but for the best placements National Law Universities will be the best choice.

Hi,
Surely Fairfield Institute is a better option because it has a good teaching staff and good facilities also it is affiliated by a leading government University named Indraprastha University Delhi.

Your placements depend on your grades, CV and work ethics. Faculty is pretty good in almost all the NLUs and also in the private institutions, like Symbiosis, Amity, SRM, UPES, etc.

PLACEMENT -Placement and job offer depends upon the course you are pursuing but it applied for any institute. For example, if you have done BCA from there then placement offer will be ok. But once you completed your master like MCA from there, there will be plenty of offers for you.
INTERNSHIP -Yes, they provide internship for different courses based on your academic performance internship is provided to you. Stipend depends on the course you are studying like there were some friends of me from law department who got decent stipend during their internship.

See, placements depends on your CV academics and work ethics. GITAM is a fine doing college, but no institution can guarantee you a placement, unless you work towards achieving your goal.
Good luck.
