There are many wonderful universities in London that you can choose. I am still willing to write an answer to this even after seeing the timeline when the question was posted. The reason is I have a friend who studied in the UK and was placed in a very good company. Do get good grades and get admission in one of the best universities in the UK.

The requirements will surely vary from one university to the other. To get an admission in Bachelor's degree you must have good grades or score in 12th. UK universities accept a number of different high school qualifications, such as A-levels, International Baccalaureate and Advanced Placements. Additionally, universities accept high school qualifications from many countries around the world. However, the high school certificate from some countries are not accepted for direct entry into a Bachelor's degree in the UK. What exactly are you planning to study at LSE? Your grades are alright. Take the IELTS you need a score of 7 and above to meet the English language requirements. For specific requirements, you have to check the page of the faculty. You will need a good personal statement and recommendation letters too.
