You have to apply through UCAS portal before the deadlines. Eligibility is different with different universities. Beware, we don't call it B.Tech. In UK we call it either B.Eng or BE or simply Bachelor of engineering. MBA programmes are designed for applicants with good amount of work experience. If you want to study in a good university and increase your career prospects please work for two to three years before applying for an MBA. Canadian universities are also quite selective and competitive.
