The Physical Efficiency Test IN lpupet will include the following:
- 50 meters sprint
- Standing Broad Jump
- Over head back throw {Medicine ball Men (3 Kg.) & Women (2 Kg.)}
- 1000 meters run/walk.
Applicant must bring their own sports kit for appearing in Physical efficiency test, without which he/ she will not be eligible for the test

LPUPET is conducted by Lovely Professional University to offer admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses in physical education. The test is a physical fitness test with a minimum of 40% required to be eligible for admission. The candidate's sports achievement is also given weightage.
Only Lovely Professional University accepts LPUPET scores.

Lovely Professional University Physical Efficiency Test (LPUPET) is an entrance exam conducted by LPU for testing the students physical efficiency and ability for getting admission to physical education programmes offered at the university. Once you have completed your LPUPET registration, the admit card will be generated, and sent to your registred email ID. You can download the hall ticket from there.
