You can go for full-time MBA as it would be more beneficial as compared to executive one. It will help you get jobs with less effort. Further, there are a number of organisations which do not consider part-time, distance or executive degree or Diploma. I would suggest, go for a full-time course if it is possible for you.

Yes, anyone can apply for MBA. The only requirement is they need a degree from any discipline. You can appear for TISSNET exam and join in HR and LR. But the competition is very high for this course in TISS.
