MAH MArch CET (Maharashtra MArch Common Entrance Test) is conducted by DTE Maharashtra for admissions to two-year full-time PG degree course in Architecture (M Arch). A state level exam, it is conducted in online mode. Exams are usually conducted in May Every year. MAH MArch CET is a 60 minutes computer based exam. The exam will comprise Multi-Choice questions worth 100 marks. There will be no negative marking for any incorrect answer. Syllabus Topics:
I. Building Technology
Building systems, Building Science and services, concept of green building, construction materials. II. Environment
Concept and Ecology and landscape design, Environment laws and regulations, Environment design strategies w. r. t site. III. Architecture History and humanities
Awareness of Art and culture and architectural theory, major architecture movements in the world and in India. IV. Settlement, design and planning
Urbanization, Urbanism, Urban and rural system, Infrastructure planning theory and history. V. Current Architecture Practice
Awareness of National building code. Town planning laws and development control regulation, knowledge of Regulatory and professional bodies on architecture
