The College of Commerce, Arts & Science (COCAS) in Patna, Bihar, India, established in 1949 is a constituent unit and post graduate center of Magadh University, Bodh Gaya. 
 
The University Grants Commission (UGC) recognizes COCAS under section 2 (f) and 12 (B) of the 1956 Act. 
 
COCAS was established in 1949 and is one of the oldest colleges in Patna.  It is now a constituent unit of Patliputra University. 
COCAS has been re-accredited by NAAC with an "A" grade and a 3.10/4 CGPA. The college has also received awards and recognition for its innovation and excellence.

The College of Commerce, Arts and Science, Magadh University (COCAS) has decent placements. 

 About 60-70% of students get placed in their courses. The lowest salary offered was Rs 50,000 per month, and the highest salary package offered was 2 LPA. 

 Some of the top recruiting companies include TCS, Yamaha, Tata Motors, Flipkart, Amazon, and Myntra. 

Reviews also say that many companies visit the university and offer better jobs to the best students. Students can also get off-campus internships and placements if they work hard.

The college has about 2 Lacs students with 2000 teachers. The MU offers over 704 courses from which 13 UG, PG and other streams. It has 44 constituent colleges and 85 institutes affiliated to it.

Yes, the College of Commerce, Art, and Science at Magadh University is a good school and among the most esteemed institutions. However, it is one of Patna's the oldest colleges and offers a vast array of UG, PG, and Diploma programmes to its students. Well, this prestigious institution was given an A by the NAAC in 2016 alone, therefore it maintains a wonderful name value throughout Magadh University.

It provides 34 courses in 11 fields, including Science, Commerce & Banking, Arts, Management, Information Technology, Vocational, Medical, Paramedical, Agriculture, Media & Mass Communication, Law, and spanning 16 degrees, including the BSc, B.Lib, LLB, BJMC, and BCA.

The dress code of College of Commerce Arts and Science is standard; there is no dress code for individuals who do not take vocational courses, but there is one for those who do. They follow a different dress code than MCA. BCA MBA students wear different code. Others are not required to wear a dress code.

I'm not sure about other courses, but I know about B.Com so my total charge was around 6,000 rupees for three years, with the first year being 3000 rupees, the second year costing 1500 rupees, and the final year costing 1800 rupees.
