No, one month would not be enough for MAH MCA CET preparation. Because the syllabus of MAH MCA CET is so vast, covering all the topics and memorising them requires a lot of effort. If you have been or are a BCA student, then it can be less challenging for you since most of the subjects of MAH MCA CET and BCA are similar. You are advised to study all the subjects and solve previous year MAH MCA CET question papers. Begin practising MAH MCA CET sample papers at least 1 or 2 months before the exam to become accustomed to the exam.

Candidates would need to use their registered email ID and password to download the MAH MCA CET answer key to cross-check their answers. The provisional answer key is published three weeks after the MAH MCA CET exam has been conducted.

No, there is no need to attempt all the questions in the MAH MCA CET. Candidates can attempt any number of questions from the total of 100 questions in the exam. They must attempt only those questions whose answers they are confident of to avoid wasting time. Please note that there is NO NEGATIVE marking in the MAH MCA CET, so write your exam accordingly

Yes, you are eligible for the MAH MCA CET 2026 exam, but you have to meet other eligibility standards, mainly Mathematics at 10+2 level or Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University).

The Centralised Admission Process (CAP) will be announced two months after the MAH MCA CET result declaration. Applicants who wish to seek admission to the MCA course offered by government and private colleges of Maharashtra will be required to go through the CAP process that includes four stages and one special round.

At the time of counselling for MAH MCA CET, the candidates will be required to enter their preferred choice of colleges in preference order. For making the college selection, the candidates will be required to log in with the credentials entered while registering and choose the options from the list available. The selection should be done in order of preference.

Yes. The candidates will be able to view their achieved ranks and scores on the MAH MCA CET scorecard. The ranks will be ascertained based on the candidate's performance in the entrance test.
