Yes, the Common Entrance Test (CET) is mandatory for admission to BCA program at Maharaja Surajmal Institute (MSI) in Delhi: 

 Admission process :-  To be considered for admission, applicants must qualify for the CET and meet eligibility and admission criteria. 

 CET :-  The university conducts an online CET after the online admission form is submitted.

They will provide you with the time line and you have to submit all the document at the time of reporting around 10 document you have to submit class 10 class 12 and apendix character certificate and an aadhar photo copy, SAT allotment slip.
